Returns can be processed at the Exploratorium at Pier 15 in San Francisco or at the Helix location satellite location in Los Altos, California.

You may choose to have us exchange your merchandise or credit your charge card, exclusive of shipping and handling fees. Please note that; all sale items are non-returnable.
Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of an Exploratorium Gift Card. The item returned must be in its original product packaging and in salable condition.
