All online orders can be shipped either UPS or USPS, depending on your preference. However, due to the way our shipping methods are calculated, we only use UPS to ship orders placed in person and over the phone. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. If you want to ship to a PO box or an APO address, contact us at 415.528.4393 or email@example.com.
Orders shipped internationally are sent through USPS and handed over to local postal services once the order arrives in the country of destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees by the destination country. The recipient of the package is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and must pay any taxes, customs duties, and fees levied on the order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
